Board contracts with Boudicca Proxy Consultants in bid to influence fans

By Shane Nicholson | Executive Editor

How low can the board go to maintain their grasp on Rangers?

Just this low.

Today audio surfaced on Follow Follow of an "Alex" calling up Rangers shareholders and fans attempting to sway them in favour of the board.

Who is this mysterious Alex? Where does he come from?

Well, here's your answer:

Our man Alex definitely has the skill-set required to be phoning up folks attempting to convince them David Somers, James Easdale, Derek Llambias and Barry Leach are good for Rangers. From his bio:

"With a strong academic background involving the use of qualitative and quantitative research through his Politics and Government studies at the University of East Anglia (BA) and University of Essex (MA), he combines effective number-crunching with the writing and communication skills necessary to form persuasive arguments and to back them up in the face of scrutiny. He is the author of two successful academic dissertations concerning voting behaviour in general elections, utilising complex statistical tools."

Sadly, despite his powers of persuasion, he gives up the battle with these two Rangers fans pretty quickly.

We've asked Boudicca for comment on their actions on behalf of the board and will report back if they respond.

If you get a call from Alex or anyone else from Boudicca be aware that they are recording you; please feel free to return the favour and send the audio along to shane@thecoplandroad.org.
